The 2023 Trek Dual Sport 3 Equipped Stagger Gen 5 Hybrid Bike in Black Olive is a performance-minded, go-anywhere hybrid bike that transitions from road to rougher terrain with ease. It has a lightweight lowstep frame, a wide-range 1x drivetrain and loads of ride-ready accessories. Its wide wheels and grippy gravel tyres soak up bumps and rough terrain for a comfortable, confident ride on roads, old railway lines, canal towpaths and light dirt paths.
The Gen 5 Dual Sport comes with a lightweight aluminium frame with sleek internal cable routing. Earlier generations of the Dual Sport came with a suspension fork on the front but the Gen 5 bikes swaps this for a carbon fork, wide 650b wheels and wide 50c tyres. This makes the bike a lot lighter but still gives plenty of capability and comfort on varied terrain.
The Dual Sport 3 Equipped bikes comes with a lightweight carbon fork, wide tubeless ready Bontrager Kovee 650b wheels and wide 50c tyres for capability and comfort on varied terrain. The simple 1x10 Shimano Deore drivetrain ditches the front derailleur for easier operation with the wide-range 11-46 cassette still giving you all the gears you need to conquer hills and crush flats. Plus, a dynamo hub that powers the included front and rear lights, powerful disc brakes, ergonomic grips, mudguards, a kickstand and a MIK-compatible rear rack.
