The 2023 Cannondale Wonderwagen Neo 1 Electric Cargo Bike is the ultimate kid and cargo mover, with Enviolo HD CV Transmission, Bosch Cargo motor and a 725Wh battery.
The Wonderwagen Neo gives kids the best seat on the street. The spacious cabin features two comfortable seats, with adjustable five-point harnesses and headrests, and sides that wrap up high around the occupants for additional comfort and protection. And the rear rack easily fits an approved seat for a third lucky little one. An optional rain cover keeps kids or cargo dry. Bright headlamps light the way. Fenders, a built-in frame lock, and a central parking kickstand add convenience. The trailer mounting point fits most trailer types, too. There’s even rear-facing radar to alert you when cars approach from behind.
Bosch’s e-bike technology is well-proven, which is why it powers all Cannondale e-cargo bikes. The drive systems are specifically developed for the demands of heavy loads, with powerful battery and drive units, and space on all models for an optional second battery.

Electric Bike Hub Motors vs Mid-Drive Motors
Electric bikes tend to either come with a hub motor or a mid-drive motor. Mid-drive motors sit where the cranks and bottom bracket are on a bike and drive the cranks and chain around. Hub drive motors sit in the middle of the wheel and drive the wheel directly. Hub drive electric bikes are cheaper but less efficient, and less smooth, to ride.
