The most advanced front and rear combination of cycling lights available. The two lights come wirelessly paired, allowing the front LED to wirelessly turn on or off the taillight at the same time. The modes of the two lights can be customized when paired with our free Lezyne LED Ally phone app. During a ride, toggling through the modes of the front light will also wirelessly change the modes of the taillight.

Connect Smart 1000XL

A powerful, multi-purpose front light with up to 1000 lumens of output. Its machined aluminium body is lightweight, super rugged and heat dissipating. It features eight output modes, with a class-leading 1000 lumen Daytime Flash mode. With its MOR (Maximum Optical Reflection) lens, light output is optimized and evenly dispersed. And its versatile strap securely mounts to variety of bar shapes and sizes.

KTV Pro Smart

Compact, aero-post compatible safety light featuring a Daytime Flash mode. Co-moulded construction is super light, yet durable and has an IPX7 waterproof rating. Up to 19.5 hours of runtime with highly improved optics. Its Wide Angle Lens offers over 270° of visibility. Provides up to 75 lumens (Daytime Flash) and five output/flash modes. And it features an integrated USB stick for convenient cable-free recharging.

Bike Lights - How Many Lumen Do You Need?

Bike lights are rated in Lumens. A Lumen is the measurement of the total visible light emitted and is commonly used for all kinds of bulbs.

One thing worth noting is that most lights advertise their headline rate. Packaging may say 1000 lumens. Reading the small print they might only do that for an hour. That light may run 500 or 600 lumens for 2 or 3 hours. So it's worth buying a light with more lumens than you need to get decent running times.

There is no fixed agreement on how many Lumens you need for a bike light as it depends on the type of cycling you are doing. As a rough guide we say that:


  • Daytime running lights = 100+ Lumens
  • Urban commuting lights = 50 to 200 Lumens
  • Rural riding lights = 400 to 600 Lumens
  • Trail riding lights = 600+ Lumens
