The 2021 Laufey 27 H20 Hardtail Mountain Bike in Blue Grey and Red is a scaled down version of the Laufey mountain bike ideal for smaller riders. It comes with 27.5” wheels instead of a 29” and a small 13.5” frame. It is still a trail focused long travel hardtail that can handle all kinds of trail riding.
As well as running smaller wheels the Laufey 27 has slightly less travel at 120mm instead of 140mm, but that’s still a lot for a bike this size. The trail geometry includes a slacker head angle for great stability on steep downhills, longer wheelbase for stability at speed and lower bottom bracket for better cornering.
The Laufey is built around a hydroformed aluminium frame. The hydroformed tubing allows the shapes and wall thickness of aluminium tubing to be manipulated for strength and to remove unwanted flex while saving weight. The Laufey is designed to see a lot of action. While keeping the frame light the bike is designed to be durable and ridden hard.
The Laufey 27 H20 comes with Suntour XCR32 forks, 1 x 10 speed Shimano Deore gearing and Shimano hydraulic brakes. It also comes fitted with a dropper post and tubeless ready wheels.

Who are Orbea?
