The 2025 Marin Bobcat Trail 4 Hardtail Mountain Bike is a capable mountain bike with modern trail geometry build for exploring singletrack trail systems.
The Bobcat Trail has a Series 2 6061 butted and hydroformed aluminium frame with a 120mm travel suspension fork and 27.5” or 29” wheels depending on size and preference. The Bobcat Trail has a growing wheel size strategy for the best fit and performance with the choice of 27.5” or 29” platforms on the size M, 27.5” wheels on sizes XS and S, and 29” wheels on sizes L, XL. All Bobcat Trail models feature Marin Trail geometry, featuring a long-ish reach, low standover, slack head tube, and steep seat tube angles, giving riders confidence and predictable handling to have a blast on the trail. Fastback seatstays add vertical compliance without sacrificing power transfer, and feature rack mounts for extended trail adventures. Bobcat Trail models have a 30.9mm seatpost and internal cable routing ports for future dropper post compatibility.
The Marin Bobcat Trail 4 is the mid-level Bobcat, packing plenty of fun into a bang-for-bike package. Very much a legit MTB, the Bobcat 4 is stacked with quality kit for off-road adventures and includes an SR/Suntour fork, Shimano CUES wide-range 10-speed shifting and Tektro hydraulic brakes.

If you don't live in our local hand delivery area we can still do a fully built and ready to ride hand delivery to most of England and Wales through our specialist bike logistics partners. As with our local delivery service the bike will come fully built with no packaging. This service is £50 to £75 for bikes under £1500 and free on bikes over £1500 depending on your area.
