The Raleigh Pop 18” wheel kids bike bridges the gap between younger and older children’s bikes. The light blue frame pops with yellow and pink stripes and pairs this perfectly with mature black tanwall tyres. The Pop 18” comes with high quality Shimano 6 speed gears.
The Raleigh Pop range of bikes are designed with both style and safety in mind. They come with an aluminium frame that is lightweight, easy to handle and easy to manoeuvre. The frame also comes with internal cables routing that hides the cables away by running them through the frame minimising the risk of potential accidents. It also helps to create a clean simplified look.
The Pop bikes have plenty of other clever design features including aluminium/resin brake levers that can be easily operated by little fingers and come fitted with an adjustment screw to fit to smaller hands. High rise handlebars have been fitted based on market research done with parents of younger children who said they preferred a more upright riding position, as it allowed their children to become more aware of things around them whilst riding. Non-slip pedals and puncture resistant tyres help to make this a bike that is ready to go.
Each Raleigh Pop bike comes with colour co-ordinated grips, saddle, cables and tyres while the frame graphics are applied under a clear lacquer coating so they will last for years.
