The Cateye Nano F and Nano 60 Front and Rear Light set is a an ultra-compact rechargeable lightset. it's compact enough that you'll barely notice it on your bike, but powerful enough to boost your visibility day or night. 

The USB-C rechargeable Cateye Nano F front light packs serious power into an ultra-compact form. Delivering up to 100 lumens through a precision-engineered OptiCube lens, it ensures you're seen on the road—even in broad daylight. Weighing just 27 grams, the Nano F is barely noticeable on your bars, yet it delivers high-impact visibility with six versatile light modes, including three Daytime HyperFlash options designed to pierce through traffic and urban glare.

The compact Nano60 rear light is equipped with Cateye's latest OptiCube lens technology, providing daytime visibility. The included SP-14-RA bracket is compatible with modern aero seatposts. Snap System compatibility allows the light to be attached to a wide variety of mounts, including Cateye saddle rail and rear rack brackets.

Bike Lights - How Many Lumen Do You Need?

Bike lights are rated in Lumens. A Lumen is the measurement of the total visible light emitted and is commonly used for all kinds of bulbs.

One thing worth noting is that most lights advertise their headline rate. Packaging may say 1000 lumens. Reading the small print they might only do that for an hour. That light may run 500 or 600 lumens for 2 or 3 hours. So it's worth buying a light with more lumens than you need to get decent running times.

There is no fixed agreement on how many Lumens you need for a bike light as it depends on the type of cycling you are doing. As a rough guide we say that:

  • Daytime running lights = 100+ Lumens
  • Urban commuting lights = 50 to 200 Lumens
  • Rural riding lights = 400 to 600 Lumens
  • Trail riding lights = 600+ Lumens
