The Shimano PD-T8000 XT MTB SPD Trekking Pedals Single-sided Mechanism are designed for recreational riders who commute and tour. The XT trekking pedal combines an SPD mechanism on one side and a flat platform pedal body and pins on the other. So you can ride with cleats or normal shoes.
The SPD side has low profile platform height with large platform contact area for excellent support and stability. Built in reflectors help make you more visible when riding on the road.
