Cycles UK accept Cycle Solutions cycle to work vouchers in our stores and online. You can use your Cycle Solutions voucher on bikes from the world’s best brands including Trek, Specialized, Whyte, Cannondale, GT and Raleigh.
Cycle Solutions charge us a fee in order to be able to accept their cycle to work vouchers. As their fee is much higher than most other cycle to work providers we do, unfortunately, have to charge a little extra. On all non-electric bikes there is a 2% surcharge payable. On Specialized and Whyte electric bikes there is a 12% surcharge payable.
Cycle to Work can be used on sale bikes but may be subject to a surcharge of up to 10%. Email info@cyclesuk.com or contact your local store for details.
How to pay with a Cycle Solutions Voucher
With Cycle Solutions you need to get a quote for the bike and equipment that you want from us first. You will then get a letter from Cycle Solutions that will say which Cycles UK store you are collecting the bike from and what bike and equipment you are having. Just bring that back to us with your ID and we can give you the bike. If you are ordering online the process is the same but we normally do it all by email. To get the initial quote just send an email to let us know what you want to info@cyclesuk.com.
As Cycle Solutions involves a few steps we will normally reserve the bike for you and arrange a collection or delivery time once you have the voucher.
