Standard Delivery Terms

  • FREE Standard Delivery to the UK on clothing and accessories orders over £10.00!

  • Standard Delivery Terms applies to all orders delivered to Mainland UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales.

  • 65% of all clothing and accessories orders despatched within 24hrs.


Clothing & Accessory Orders

Will be despatched via Royal Mail (Standard or Recorded depending on Weight, Size and Value).

  • In Stock: Despatches 1-7 working days from the date the order was placed.


Bike and Bulky Item Delivery Terms

Bike Orders will be despatched once professionally built and checked by one of our technicians and sent to you via a courier service. How we deliver your bike guide

  • In Stock: Despatches 2-7 working days from the date the order was placed.

All courier deliveries require someone at the Delivery Address to sign for the delivery.

  • Bulky items and bikes can incur an additional £4.99 or £9.99 shipping charge that will be applied at the checkout. (As an example items like child seats and some non-folding tyres will be considered as bulky.)

  • Once your order has been despatched you will receive a Despatch Notification that includes any relevant tracking details;

  • If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact us directly on 01268 775265, before placing your order, to confirm stock availability and ETA;

  • Cycles UK reserve the right to amend any selected shipping method if a more appropriate service can be provided and will refund any postage costs incurred if they no longer apply;


International Delivery Terms

  • International Delivery Terms apply to all orders outside of Mainland UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland & Wales; have associated shipping costs;

  • International Deliveries have associated costs, depending on your location (see table above), automatically applied during the checkout process;

  • International delivery times will vary depending on your location. Contact us directly on 01268 775265 to confirm a more accurate ETA;

  • All International Bike orders will be shipped flat packed in their original box; Cycles UK can only ship bikes to EU member countries.

  • All returns on Bikes shipped Internationally will be at the customers expense;

  • Cycles UK cannot support warranty claims on any Bikes shipped Internationally;

  • The purchaser is responsible for any local import taxes that may be incurred, Cycles UK are not responsible for covering these costs.

How we delivery your bike guide

If you have selected to have your bike delivered, you will be happy to know that our highly trained staff build and set up all of our bikes prior to despatch. To get the bike into a box that can be shipped all we do is turn the handlebars, take the pedals off and add a handful of packaging along with a big strong box. Getting the bike ready to ride once received couldn't be simpler and will take no more than a few minutes.

  • All Bikes purchased online (delivered to Mainland UK) will be fully assembled and will have been through a Pre-Delivery Inspection safety check by a qualified mechanic;

  • Pedals will be removed and handlebars will be turned to the side in order to fit the bike into its packaging;

  • Instructions to fit and adjust these components will be included in the packaging;

  • You will require a basic set of Hex keys and spanners to fit these components correctly. These tools are not provided;

Return your order within the UK using the Royal Mail tracked service for free.

(Excludes bikes and bulkier items and parcels over 2KG for UK use only)

You can return your Cycles UK order FREE via any Post Office.

  • Print off the Royal Mail label, and attach it onto your parcel.

  • Complete the returns note that came with your parcel and pop it into the parcel with your return.

  • Take your parcel into any Post Office. Most Post Office locations are open 7 days a week, with extended opening hours.

  • Remember to ask for a proof of return receipt.

  • The return can be tracked using the tracking reference from your receipt at

  • We aim to complete returns within 7 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).

  • We’ll send you an email as soon as we’ve completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually done within 3 working day of receiving your return back into our warehouse.

  • Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place your original order. This typically takes 5 working days in the UK, depending on your payment method issuer.

  • We try hard to accept all returns and they don’t need to be in the original box or bag, as long as they’re securely packed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

International Returns

If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you.
