Our Part Exchange deal is back, and this year we have made it easier for you to save money on a new bike.

Our Part Exchange deal will be running for the month of March 2019 and is great way to get ready for the new cycling season. Whether you want to upgrade to a disc road bike, go for carbon, or switch wheel sizes on your MTB we can make buying a new bike that little bit easier. You can even choose how you want to get money off your new bike.

Two Ways to Part Exchange

Use Code TRADEIN10

Use code TRADEIN10 on our website to get 10% off a new bike. We will ask you to either drop your old bike into one of our stores (super easy if you do click and collect) or, if you are not local, donate it to an appropriate charity and send us a photo to prove you have done it.

Get up to £1000 off in-store

We will still give you a straight 10% off for any old bike but if your old bike has resale value can give you more. Just bring your bike into any Cycles UK store and we will give you a valuation for it.

If you’ve got a bike with resale value you can get up to 25% off a new bike. So on a bike worth £5000 you could save £1000 rather than the £500 you would save on the straight 10% off deal.

How it works

This offer is valid for the month of March 2019 on full price new bikes only and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and discounts.

You can use the TRADEIN10 offer online. Just place your order as normal and use the TRADEIN10 code when you go through the checkout. If you are collecting your new bike from one of our stores we will ask you to bring your old bike in.  If you are not local you can donate your old bike to an appropriate charity or good cause. We will require photographic proof that you have done this. If we have reason to believe that you do not have an old bike to exchange or donate we reserve the right to cancel your order.

When bringing a bike into store either for the straight 10% offer or for valuation you will need to bring along 2 forms of ID and proof of purchase on the bike so we know that it is yours.

In most cases we will be able to give you a valuation on the spot but for unusual bikes, or very high value bikes, valuation may take up to 48 hours. Once we have valued the bike we will let you know how much we can do off a new bike for you.

Any valuation given against your bike will be for a discount off a new bike, no cash or credit alternatives.
