Cycles UK accepts Cycle to Work - Caboodle Cycle2Work in our stores and online. Caboodle aka Salary Extras previously Salary Exchange. Caboodle offers a range of employee benefits such as gym membership and discounts on things like cinema tickets and holidays. One of their most popular employee benefits is their Bike to Work scheme.

The Caboodle Bike to Work scheme lets you save between 32% and 42% on a new bike. Caboodle will try to push you towards buying a bike from Halfords. Caboodle Bike to Work voucher is accepted at lots of independent bike shops, including all Cycles UK stores. At Cycles UK you can use the Caboodle/Salary Extras Bike to Work scheme on bikes from the world’s best brands including Trek, Specialized, Whyte, Cannondale, GT and Raleigh. You can also select safety equipment including helmets, lights and locks to go with your bike.

Caboodle Cycle to Work can be used on sale bikes but may be subject to a surcharge of up to 10%. Email info@cyclesuk.com or contact your local store for details.

How to pay with Caboodle/Salary Extras Bike to Work Scheme

With Caboodle/Salary Extras you simply apply for the amount of money you want to spend on a bike. You aren’t tied to a specific make or model. The amount you request is what you will pay back even if you swap to a cheaper bike or accessories. Therefore it is beneficial to contact us for a quote and reserve your items. Once the amount of money you want has been approved by Caboodle/Salary Extras. They will issue you with a Letter of Collection which will show the amount you have to spend. In order to accept your Letter of Collection, we will need the original hard copy along with some ID. If you're buying in-store bring this with you, if buying online you will need to post it to us.
