Updated 24th March 2020

Workshops and Website Are Open

Following the most recent government announcement we have changed how we are operating. Bicycle shops are specifically mentioned twice in the government guidance on which retail shops can remain open. The same guidance also says online businesses should carry on.

Workshops Remain Open

Our workshops will remain open, operating on a reduced staff, to provide repairs, servicing and spare parts. Priority will be given to NHS and other critical workers who are commuting by bike. We are providing free labour and Bronze services for frontline NHS staff with discounts for other Blue Light service works such as police and fire.

Website Remains Open

The government advice is currently that you can still go out cycling once a day as long as you follow social distancing rules.

We are open for online orders to provide home deliveries of bikes, accessories and spares. If you cannot find what you want on our website please email and we will let you know whether we can source the item for you.

If you plan to visit one of our workshops, or to collect an item from one of our stores, we will be enforcing the official government advice which is:

· Ensure a distance of two meters between customers and shop assistants; and

· Let people enter the shop only in small groups, to ensure that spaces are not crowded.

· Queue control is required outside of shops and other essential premises that remain open.
