International shipping is available. Please call or email for a quote.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £25 shipped within the mainland UK. A flat postage rate of £2.99 is charges for all orders totalling less than £25.

All of our deliveries are either sent by First Class Royal Mail or on a next day Courier service depending on their size and value.

All of the bikes sold on this website are sent in a state which we call 90% built. That means that the bike has been built up and tested by one of our mechanics. However in order to get the bike into a delivery box the pedals will be removed and the handlebars will be turned to one side. Full instructions on how to get the bike up and running are included with the delivery (a copy of these instructions can be found here)

Delivery Addresses

Due to increasing card fraud - we will only be able to offer delivery to alternative addresses if the online forms are submitted correctly - we cannot accept verbal instructions to deliver to an address other than the registered cardholder address.

Should you chose an alternative delivery address when submitting the online order form, please be advised that it becomes your responsibility to ensure that the address you have given for the delivery of your consignment is secure. Cycles UK accepts no responsibility for consignments being delivered to the incorrect address if the incorrect details are completed online. We will follow the delivery instructions given to us at the point of order.

Dispatch Times

You will notice throughout our site that different dispatch times are quoted for different products.

We have 3 main dispatch times

In Stock - Usually dispatched within 24 hours - This means the goods are in stock at our warehouse.

In Stock - Usually dispatched within 3-5 days - This means the goods are in stock at one of our shops

Special Order - These items are subject to supplier availability but typically take between 7-10 days for dispatch.

Core Range items are the ones we always try to keep in stock at all of our shops. Therefore when you see the Core Range logo attached to a product you will normally find that it is on 24 hour or 3-5 day dispatch.

We only dispatch Monday to Friday so all delivery times are for working days only. Although we try and keep our stock levels and estimated dispatch times as up to date as possible we do occasional run out of products unexpectedly. If this happens we will inform you of any delays as quickly as possible.

It is also worth noting that we can only dispatch goods once we have payment for them. If your card fails it can hold up dispatch for hours or even days. So please make sure that your card details are accurate and that you have your billing address down when you place your order.
