To Redeem your Gift Voucher Online you must send in the Voucher but please let a member of the Sales Team know (Please also note to take a copy of your Gift voucher). When paying by card we use 3D Secure - Also known as Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure code, this is a check that allows a password to be used for additional security. If your card provider is operating this scheme you have the option to register a password or if you already have a password then you will need to enter this.
Cycles UK accept VISA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, ELECTRON and DELTA. We can no longer accept American Express. At Cycles UK when paying over the phone we ensure that no card details are kept once your order has been despatched.
